Terms and Conditions

1. Ordering

Ordering can be done online or via email. Payment can made by credit card on our website via a secure 3rd party payment link (Stripe). We do not have access to your banking information. Alternatively payment can be made via a bank transfer or Paypal (please contact us). Contact us if you need help or have any special request.

2. Prices

Our prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and for residents in Switzerland will have Value Added Tax (VAT) of 7.7% added at the checkout. Our VAT N° is CHE-113.575.842.

Prices for customers living abroad do not include Swiss VAT (i.e. the pertinent price is the export price shown) but customers abroad may be subject to their own country’s customs and VAT charges, which will need to be settled directly with the relevant authorities.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery both within Switzerland and abroad is free of charge.

4. Warranty

We offer a two-year warranty on our watches against mechanical defects originating with us. Abusive and non-advised/not recommended treatment of the watch and mechanisms are not covered.

The case and external components are machined from stainless steel and will no doubt collect the honorable dings and scratches that accidentally occur over the years – we do not cover repair of these in our warranty nor damage to the watch crystals, buckle or strap.

5. Return of goods

We will accept the return of goods in clean and resealable condition, as well as in their original packaging and with all their official documentation, provided that this return is made within 14 days from when you (or a person designated by you) received those goods from us. You must notify us in writing (email is fine) that you wish to return the goods and this notification must be made within this said 14 day period.

The goods must be returned by courier with the return shipment also commencing within the said 14 day period. You will bear the costs of this return shipping. We will make a refund of the funds received from you when we have received the returned goods and ascertained that all the goods remain in brand new condition with the strap tag uncut. You will be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction in value can be attributed to any handling not necessary for inspecting its condition, features and operability.

6. Final provisions

In the event of a dispute, the matter shall be subject to and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.
